Our private studio based in Biggin Hill offers all the same benefits of training in a gym but without any other members, long term memberships or the fear of having to step foot into the free weight area.

The studio benefits from free weights, kettlebells, ski erg, rowing machine, slam balls, battle ropes, boxing bag, bench press, squat rack, cable machine, trx and step.
