Why launch Mum and Baby sessions?
I have always exercised. I love the feeling and sense of accomplishment it gives you.
I always believed you could make time for it, I can hear my young self saying this out loud to my clients time and time again. Then I had children and realised making time wasn't so easy after all, especially having to rely on childcare. Which is ironic, as when you have children, it's important to make time for yourself and to keep healthy.
That’s when I decided to launch mum and baby sessions. After exercising with my now six month old alongside me in a bouncer/play gym (anything that gives me a quick 30/45mins) and after recently speaking with other mums who have the struggle of not being able to exercise due to childcare, I thought I could offer a solution.
It's for babies up until 12 months (pre-walking) and for mums of any fitness level. It really is a relaxed environment, you can bring your baby in a pram, car seat, or pop them in our regularly cleaned play pen. You are welcome to wear them in a sling or bring your own bouncer/playgym/toys - we will accommodate anything you feel comfortable with! Baby changing facilities are provided. I look forward to meeting you and your little-uns and to getting you sweaty!
