Personal training at our bespoke studio based in Biggin Hill
Our studio benefits from the latest fitness equipment including TRX, Kettlebells, free weights, rowing machine, cable machine, squat rack, battle ropes, bulgarian bag, boxing pads and slam balls.
 

A session in the studio is like working out in a commercial gym, except it's only you and your trainer, meaning you won't have to wait around for any equipment or worry about anybody /anything else except your workout!

 

Gym memberships can be expensive and tie you in for a long time. Save money, be flexible and get the most from your workouts by having training in our studio.


Our Studio is based in Biggin Hill and only 20 mins from Caterham, Bromley and Orpington and 15 mins from Warlingham, West Wickham and Hayes.

I lost three stone

I started training with Jack after the first lockdown was lifted. I was the heaviest I had ever been and doing almost zero exercise. I never felt comfortable with gyms so I contacted Cronk fitness as I liked the sound of training in the studio with no one else around.

I emailed Cronk fitness and within a few hours Jack contacted me to book my free consultation. I was very nervous but he made me feel so comfortable and really motivated to get started.

 

I have now been training six months and have already lost 3 stone. Jack keeps me motivated with regular check ins to make sure I am going in the right direction. Jack always keeps training varied and fun which really motivates me to keep on going.
