Why our Personal Training works

Accountability

As hard as you might try being disciplined with your exercise and food can be tough on your own.

 

Personal Training will make you accountable to not only yourself but also your trainer. This will help to keep you on track with your fitness goals.

Tracking

Tracking food, movement and exercise will make it easy to see improvement and set goals based around the results.

Your trainer will set you regular goals that can be tracked to make sure you are moving forward to your goals.

Motivation

When you are training on your own and not seeing results it can be difficult to stay motivated. 

Your trainer will make sure you stay motivated through regular tracking, progress updates and keeping training session fun and varied.

5 Reasons to choose our training

  • Our studio has the latest equipment - TRX, Kettlebells, Free Weights, Rowing Machine, X-trainer, Ski Machine, Cable Machine, Squat Rack, Battle Ropes, Boxing Bag and Slam Balls.

  • No other members  - Gyms can be very intimidating places. Our Studio offers all the benefits of a gym but with no other members.

 

  • No expensive memberships  - Gyms memberships can be very expensive and lock you in for a long time. There is no requirement with our Personal Training and you can stop whenever suits you.

  • Training around you - We work out a time that works best for your busy lifestyle and focus the session around your personal goals.

  • Couples training - Share the fun, motivation and cost of training by training with a friend or family member.

“I started training with Jack after the first lockdown was lifted. I was the heaviest I’ve ever been and doing almost zero exercise. I’m not a gym bunny, so the one-to-one approach really appealed to me. I have now lost 4 stone in the last year and am the lightest I have ever been. Jack pushes me to work harder but it’s not boot camp. Even when I’m sweating, we still have a laugh, which really helps.

"I have been a Personal Trainer for over 19 years training hundreds of clients to achieve their fitness goals.
 
As well as Personal Training I have spent many years of my career working as a Fitness Manager in leading health clubs helping new trainers to develop their skills in the fitness industry.
I am passionate about helping every client to achieve results and improve their health."

"I have been a Personal Trainer for the last 5 years working for Cronk Fitness.
 
I hadn't always been into fitness but after attending Jack's classes I got the bug and wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals.
