How it works

Register for the Challenge by entering your details. You will receive a confirmation email that are you booked on the challenge!

Two Days before the Challenge you will be added to the Challenge community Whatsapp group and will be sent your Free Fat Loss Manual.

The morning of the challenge you will send your weight in lbs in a private Whatsapp message to Lead Trainer Jack. You will then send your weight every Monday morning.

Jack will track your weight and workout the percentage lost over the 6 weeks. Regular support such as Blogs, Recipes, Workouts & Challenges will be posted on the Whatsapp group.
